JKT Architecture

JTK Architecture (https://www.jktarchitecture.co.uk/) commissioned The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio to create a suite of high‑quality CGI visuals for a bespoke ground‑floor extension in Wetherby. The imagery supported design development and client presentations; offering a clear view of the proposed open‑plan layout, material palette and overall aesthetic direction.

Working from a supplied FBX model, architectural drawings and detailed specifications, we refined the geometry and produced two photoreal interior visuals focused on the new kitchen–living space. Using 3D Studio Max and Corona Renderer, we modelled, textured and lit the scene to accurately communicate flow, proportions and atmosphere.
The design intent centred on a modern, cohesive interior with warm finishes, clean lines and a strong connection to the garden. Natural daylight, controlled reflections and carefully composed camera angles were used to highlight the spatial improvements and seamless transition between existing and new areas.

The final CGI set proved instrumental in streamlining client decision‑making. As John from JTK Architecture shared, the renders offered a clear and realistic representation of the proposed extension and significantly enhanced the presentation process.

This project demonstrates how residential CGI can elevate architectural communication; helping homeowners understand design intent with confidence and enabling architects to present proposals with clarity and impact.
