Cradel Haus

In collaboration with Louise Wynne, Wildkind Interiors

Cradel Haus commissioned The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio to produce a suite of high‑fidelity interior CGI visuals for their Grey Walls renovation; a contemporary scheme defined by warm materiality and the signature styling of Wildkind Interiors. The imagery supported an upcoming valuation and early‑stage marketing, with a rapid turnaround essential to the project.

Working closely with interior designer Louise Wynne, we translated her design direction into photoreal visuals that reflect the calm, grounded aesthetic at the heart of the Grey Walls concept. Soft textures, muted tones and natural, lived‑in elegance guided the modelling, lighting and material development throughout.
The brief arrived on Wednesday; the proposal was approved by Thursday afternoon; and the final CGI suite was delivered on Monday. Despite the pace, the process remained meticulous. Using 3D Studio Max and Corona Renderer, we focused on material accuracy, daylight studies and compositions that communicate flow, proportion and atmosphere. The resulting imagery provides clarity for valuation while also supporting future marketing and design storytelling.

The finished visuals have already helped Cradel Haus present the potential of the renovation with confidence and cohesion. Several viewers have mistaken the CGI for finished photography — a testament to the craft, collaboration and attention to detail behind the work.

This project highlights how high‑quality interior CGI can elevate a property’s presentation at any stage; enabling designers, developers and homeowners to communicate vision with clarity and impact.
