We produced three meticulously crafted 3D visuals for a planning application, ensuring each viewpoint was captured at the optimal time of day for perfect lighting. Using a model supplied by Nicholson Nairn, we applied custom textures to replicate the requested finishes and enhanced visible areas for maximum quality.

By accurately matching the camera’s location, elevation, and focal length with HDR images, we achieved exceptional precision. Final touches, including realistic lighting, window treatments, accessories, and people, brought the development vividly to life.
